Checkmarx Vulnerability Integration Modifications and Activities
This page outlines common administrative tasks for managing the Checkmarx Vulnerability Integration, including adjusting the data import window.
Set Checkmarx Vulnerability Integration Import Times
For your convenience, you can reset the start time for any of the Checkmarx Vulnerability Integrations. This is useful if you need to re-import data from a specific point in the past. Changing the Start time to an earlier date will cause the next integration run to process all projects, scans, and vulnerabilities that have been created or updated in Checkmarx since that new, earlier time.
Role required: App-Sec Manager Group
To change the start time for an integration:
Navigate to Checkmarx Vulnerability Integration > Integrations .
Select the specific integration you wish to modify (e.g., Checkmarx Application List Integration ).
Locate the Start time field and use the calendar icon to select a new date and time.
Click Update to save the change.
The new time will be used for the next scheduled or manually executed import.
Note
By default, the Checkmarx Application List Integration and Checkmarx SCA Application List Integration are scheduled to run daily. The other integrations in each chain are set to run On Demand and are automatically triggered by the completion of the preceding integration. Changing the start time for the chained, on-demand integrations requires advanced ServiceNow and Application Vulnerability Management expertise.
Troubleshooting: Reverting Customized Scripts
If a script has been customized and is preventing the integration from running correctly after an update, you must revert it to its store version.
In the Application Navigator, search for and select Script Includes .
Search for the modified script (e.g.,
CheckmarxAppVulItemIntegration,CheckmarxScanSummaryIntegration,CheckmarxUtilBase).Open the script record and scroll down to the Versions related list.
Click on the link for the latest version, where the Source is "Store Application".
Click Revert to this version .
