Managing Content for their Teams
As an administrator, you can create courses for your team in Codebashing from existing lessons. You can permit managers to create courses too in Account Settings.
You can create a course by selecting Managing Content on the left side pane and following the on-screen directions. If you are an administrator, click here for more details on creating a course: Managing Content. Once created, your course is listed as Unpublished until you publish it.
On the left side panel, select Content Management.
Under Courses, select Unpublished (#) to view unpublished courses.
Click Edit and follow the instructions on creating and editing a custom course in Managing Content for administrators.
Click <UPDATE CUSTOM COURSE>; when done to update the course. Once updated, the course remains listed as Unpublished (#).
On the left side panel, select Content Management.
Under Courses, select Unpublished (#) to view the unpublished courses.
Navigate to the desired course and click <Publish>.
To publish the course, click <PUBLISH COURSE>. The course is published and moved to Published (#).
Note
Once published, you can edit the details or modify the order of the lessons, but you cannot add or remove lessons.
On the left side panel, select Content Management.
Under Courses, select a course you wish to delete from Unpublished (#) or Published (#).
Navigate to the desired course and click Delete.
Warning
When you delete a published course, the users who are listed in the course lose their training progress reports.
