OData Configuration for Non-English OS
For operating systems that are not set as default English (i.e., French, Russian), users may encounter certain errors when requesting our OData API.
To configure OData for non-English operating systems:
Go to Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Administrative Tools > Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
From the Connections panel, click Sites and then expand Default Web Site.
Click CxWebInterface and select .NET Globalization.
Under Culture open the UI Culture drop-down and select English (United S tates (en-US).
Notice
English (United States (en-US) may look different depending on the default language used.
Click Apply to save the changes.
